Yee Sin Chan received the B.Eng. (Hons.) degree in electrical and electronic engineering from the University of Hong Kong (HKU), the M.Phil. degree in Physics from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), and the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY.  Dr. Chan has received several fellowships and best paper awards.
