Zhuo Chen has been dedicating in mobile communication technologies and contributing in 3GPP/NGMN/GTI standard activities for more than 10 years. His current interest is focusing on the 4G/5G standard development and technology validation, as the 5G Project Manager in China Mobile Research Institute.
